Compupac IT Solutions operate an IT helpdesk for our customers which can be accessed from 9am to 5.30pm. The helpdesk is your entry point into our support group and is manned at all times by experienced and qualified engineers who are ready to assist our customers with troubleshooting their IT problems.
 
The helpdesk is ready to accept your calls for printer, desktop, laptop, server or software problems. We have invested heavily in our helpdesk software which allows us to track your call from start to resolution. It also allows us to update our field engineers in real time with case notes and to direct the nearest available engineer to your site if your issue requires hands on assistance.
